Sesame chocolate cupcake
In Sankranti season, all over Maharashtra state, we make til gul ladoo at home. Every year I want to make something new and different recipe from same til gul ingredients. This year I purchased a new microwave and suddenly an idea comes to my mind why not try instant til gul cupcakes. So I started planning in that, What are the other ingredients I choose rather than sesame seed and jaggery. I want to make some healthy cupcakes. So I tried these easy full wheat flour, chocolate-flavored 2 minutes microwave cupcakes.
These are super easy cupcakes and best for kids’ sweet craving in the winter season and its best twist to traditional til gul ladoo. When I tried it the first time I was not sure How my son and my husband react but both of them finished the cupcake within a minute and my son says he loved it a lot and he wants to share it with his friends.

Sesame seeds are a good source of fiber and protein. They are good for bones in the winter season people eats lots of sesame seeds in laddu or in chutney or in curries as it gives heat to the body.
Jaggery acts as a sweetener. I want to make these cupcakes healthy so I used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour, at the end, I sprinkled some sesame seed on top of the batter it enhances the taste so nice. Finally, I was satisfied with the recipe. Hope you also like it!

In a bowl add oil .
Add water .
Next, add jaggery powder. Mix well.
Next, add Whole wheat flour and cocoa powder.
Add vanilla flavor.
Mix well make a smooth batter.
Add sesame seed .
Last, add baking soda stir quickly.
The cupcake Batter is ready
Pour batter into the cupcake liner.
Sprinkle sesame seed on batter .
Bake for 2 minutes in microwave.
After, 2 minutes insert toothpick and check if it comes clear means cupcake are ready.
Cupcakes are ready .
