Step by Step guide of turmeric pickle recipe

  1. Once the turmeric is washed and dried, the skin should be peeled off. A grater can then be used to grate the turmeric into small pieces. This will help release the turmeric’s flavor and aroma, making it easier to use in recipes. Grating the turmeric also helps to ensure that it is evenly distributed throughout the dish.

2. Take grated turmeric and put it in a bowl.

4. Now mix the mustard seed dhal thoroughly. Include freshly ground fennel seed powder and salt. and Mix well

5. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice and thoroughly blend it in.

6. Pour into a glass jar or airtight container. Allow the pickle to mature for a period of two days.
