Homemade Apricot Jam
Apricot jam also known as Kubani is a healthy and easy recipe. You can use this homemade Apricot jam for breakfast on toasts or with snacks. It is made with two ingredients only.
Last week I went to grocery shopping at a store with my kid. He came across a jar of apricot jam and instantly wanted to buy it. Though it was a bit expensive but I thought this can be a new flavor of jam to add to my kitchen stock.
The next day I served it at the breakfast table and everyone liked it. It may be because this is a new recipe of apricot we tasted or maybe everyone was bored with the same old fruit jam that I serve every day. Whatever it is I was happy to serve this jam as my family enjoyed every bit of it.
The bottle was quite small to last for a week and the cost for it was too high. So, I thought of not buying another bottle instead trying the recipe of apricot jam. This will have two benefits. I might learn a new recipe and I can save some grocery budget also for that over expensive apricot jam.
