Instant mango peda is soft, sweet mango flavoured peda recipe made in microwave within a hour.
- 1 Microwave safe bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 microwave
- 1 Plate
- 1/4 Cup Mango pulp Blend 1/2 mango to make pulp.
- 1/2 Cup Condensed milk
- 3/4 Cup Milk powder Use full fat milk Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 Tsp Ghee Apply on hands
- In a microwave safe bowl take mango pulp.
- Next, add condensed milk in bowl.
- Now, add full fat milk powder.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Mix well.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high. Mix and check if mixture is thick or nit.
- Peda mixture is thick.Now, refrigerate until peda mixture is cool down completely.
- Once peda mixture is completely cool down, then start shaping peda.
- Shape like gooseberry size balls or coin shape peda.
- For less calories use low fat condensed milk and milk powder.
- While shaping peda if peda mixture is still soft microwave for 1 to 2 minutes cool down and shape peda.
- Store in airtight box at cool place.
- No need to refrigerate.
- Consume peda with in 4-5 days.
