  • 1 Microwave safe bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 Plate

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Mango pulp Blend 1/2 mango to make pulp.
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed milk
  • 3/4 Cup Milk powder Use full fat milk Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Tsp Ghee Apply on hands

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave safe bowl take mango pulp.

  • Next, add condensed milk in bowl.

  • Now, add full fat milk powder.

  • Add cardamom powder.

  • Mix well.

  • Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high. Mix and check if mixture is thick or nit.

  • Peda mixture is thick.Now, refrigerate until peda mixture is cool down completely.

  • Once peda mixture is completely cool down, then start shaping peda.

  • For less calories use low fat condensed milk and milk powder.
  • While shaping peda if peda mixture is still soft microwave for 1 to 2 minutes cool down and shape peda.
  • Store in airtight box at cool place.
