Apricot jam is a healthy and easy recipe. You can use this homemade Apricot jam for breakfast on toasts or with snacks. It is made with two ingredients only.
Cut the apricots with a sharp knife. Take out the seeds and keep the pulp aside.
Heat a pan and toss the apricots in it.
Add some water and cook the apricots. The water will help to soften the apricots faster.
After it boils for some time check if the apricots are soft. Then strain the apricots to separate the water. Keep the water aside in a bowl. Let the apricots cool for a few minutes
Use a blender to blend the apricot into a smooth paste. You will get a lump-free puree.
Take a pan and add the apricot puree.
Then add the sugar and stir it to mix well.
Keep the flame low and add the apricot strained water to the mixture.
Stir and mix everything properly.
Cook till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Your apricot jam is ready. Cool it and store it in an air-tight container.
