I always make shrikhand at my home one day I called mother in law and said today I am making shrikhand so she said just one-time sieve with stainer so that shrikhand and see result what happen.

So I follow her instructions and sieve shrikhand from stainer and the result was quite surprising I got super soft shrikhand. Taste also comes better.

Whenever we sieve shrikhand with any stainer or from. Puran machine enhances the taste of shrikhand. In my childhood also my mother sieve shrikhand from the Puran machine.
