Step by step recipe of healthy vegetarian chickpea salad for weight loss
Salad Dressing
- For salad dressing get first 1 tbs olive oil
2. Add 1 tbs lemon juice into the that
3. Now add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
4. Add salt as per taste
5. Now add Oregano 1/2 tsp into the mixture.
6. Mix together
7.Salad dressing is ready
Salad Preparation
1.Take rinsed and drained chickpea 1 and 1/2 cup , you can use Can chickpea as well
2.Add ripe avocado into chickpea.
3.Now add chopped onion medium size.
4. 6-7 Cherry Tomatoes , cut it into slices.
5.1 small cucumber , cut it into slices.
6.Now add black olives 2 tbs
7.Mix everything well.
8.Add healthy Feta cheese 1/4 cup
9. now finally add coriander leaves 2 tbs. You can add more veggies as per your interest and like.
10. Now Pour salad dressing which we have prepared as the first step.
11. toss gently
12. Keep in refrigerator for 1hr/30 mins,your salad is ready
