Nowadays I am very health concerned so I am adding variety of green vegetables in our food routine .I always saw these long asparagus in veggie section and always curious about this veggie so one day I bring asparagus to home.

After serching so many recipe related to Asparagus I like simple and quick version of sauteed aspaagus. I am garlic lover so I cook this 5 minutes sauteed asparagus recipe with minimum ingredients. And, within 5 minutes this juicy asparagus are on table we finish them within 2 minutes. My family loves combinataion og olive oil , garlic and asaparagus. Now ,weekly once we added asparagus in our diet.
 
I personally like asparagus as can cook it within 5 minutes and it’s taste so juicy and crisp. It is nice balanced side dish on your table.
   It is 5 minutes stir fried recipe can cook in just few drops of oil also . It is very simple recipe no need of too many ingredients just 5 ingredients and juicy , crispy side dish is ready in few minutes.

Wash asparagus.

And cut 1 inch roots of asparagus.

In a pan add extra virgin olive oil.

Once oil is hot add minced garlic.

Saute garlic .

Add asparagus in pan .

Mix well.

On low gas flame cook for 2 minutes.
