Wash amla and dry them.
Grate amla with small size grater .
Measure grated amla and take half amount of sugar or jaggery to cook chutney
Now in a pan take grated amla .
Next, add sugar in pan .
Mix amla and sugar well.
Add water mix well.
Sugar get melted and becomes watery .
Cook chutney nicely so that water evaporates until it becomes dry .
Chutney becomes dry .
Amla chutney is ready .

Ingredients
- 8-10 number amla
- 1/2 cup Sugar or jaggery
- 2-3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Wash amla and dry them.
- Grate amla with small size grater .
- Once amla is grated measure it in cup .
- We need to use half amount of sugar to make amla chutney. If one cup of grated amla then use half cup of sugar or jaggery .
- Now in a pan take grated amla .
- Then add sugar in pan .
- Mix amla and sugar well.
- Add water mix well.
- Sugar get melted and becomes watery .
- Stir constantly until water get evaporated .
- Chutney becomes dry .
- Amla chutney is ready .
