Step by Step photo guide of how to make spicy Amla chutney
1.Take 7-8 Amla for making Amla Chutney.
2.Grate Amla finely.
3.Heat the Pan and add oil to it.
4.Now add Mustard Seeds to heated oil.
5.Add Cumin Seeds to it.
6.For spiciness, add Chili Powder to it.
7.Sauté all the ingredients well and add the grated Amla to them.
8.Add salt to it.
9.Mix all the ingredients well.
10.At last, add Jaggery to it.
11.Mix well.
12.Cook all the ingredients well until Chutney dry completely.
Special Notes
Grate Amla properly.
Enjoy Chutney with any meal.

- 8 Amla
- 1 TBSP Oil
- ¼ Cup Mustard Seeds
- ½ TBSP Cumin Seeds
- 1 TBSP Chili Powder
- 3 TBSP Jaggery
- Salt
