Instructions
Wash amla and dry them.
Grate amla with small size grater .
Once amla is grated measure it in cup .
We need to use half amount of sugar to make amla chutney. If one cup of grated amla then use half cup of sugar or jaggery .
Now in a pan take grated amla .
Then add sugar in pan .
Mix amla and sugar well.
Add water mix well.
Sugar get melted and becomes watery .
Stir constantly until water get evaporated .
Chutney becomes dry .
Amla chutney is ready .

Serve
amla chutney
with chapati.
Consume within 3-4 days
Store in an airtight bottle.
