  • Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan on the gas stove to make a healthy lettuce soup.

  • Remove the lettuce mixture from the pan and add it into blender with 3/4 tsp of water. Do not add more water.

  • Blend the mixture nicely and make it fine puree.
