- 2 cup Water Salt as per taste
- Salt as per taste

- Take fresh Celery and start cutting into small pieces
- Chopped Celery leaves
- Add Olive oil in preheated pan
- take 2-4 large clove of garlics and chopped it ,keep those inside pan with olive oil
- salute garlic properly
- Now add chopped Onion , use roughly 1/2 cup chopped onion
- As per your spicy level add green chili , more spicy then add more green chilies.

- lets cook it still celery becomes soft.
- Add salt as per your taste , you can add more salt once soup is ready if you feel less salt.

- Stain Celery Puree – This step is totally optional
- Add 1/2 cup of water
- Add black pepper powder
