1/2 Cup Jaggery Powder
1 1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
3 tbs Instant Oats Optional
3 tbs Water
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
