- 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Instant Oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda

Here we will use brown sugar; I have always preferred brown sugar over white sugar.

7. When making oatmeal cookies, it’s important to follow a few steps. First, prepare the cookie dough and then wrap it tightly with cling wrap. This will help the cookies to maintain their shape during baking.
8. Now refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Then, remove the cling wrap and begin shaping the cookies.
Shaping
9. If you’re looking to perfect your oatmeal cookie recipe, I have some tips to share. Start by taking a lemon-sized ball of dough and pressing it to a thickness of 0.5, with a diameter that suits your preference.
10. Shape all cookies.
Baking
11. Preheat oven to 180 degree for 10-15 minutes and Keep your shaped cookies try in preheated oven.
12. To bake cookies, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and set the timer for 15 minutes. Once the time is up, check to see if the cookies have turned a golden brown color. If not, continue to bake them for a little longer until they reach the desired color.
13. Your delicious whole wheat cookies are perfectly baked to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Enjoy them within 15 days by storing them in an airtight jar.
