Step by step photo guide for how to make Beetroot paratha
In a mixture, pot add beetroot and make a puree of beetroot.
Now, in a bowl take whole wheat flour
In a same bowl add beetroot puree
Add green chilli in a bowl
Add salt and lastly add water in a bowl
Now, mix all together and knead a soft dough
Apply oil on dough
Make ten balls from dough .
Roll paratha on rolling pin
On hot griddle cook beetroot paratha
Apply oil on paratha and cook from both side
Beetroot paratha is ready
Make all parathe in the same way.

- Blend it and make a beetroot puree
- In a bowl, add whole wheat flour
- Beetroot puree.
- Next, add green chilli and salt.
- Now, add water and knead a soft dough.
- Make 10 balls.
- Roll paratha apply wheat flour if needed.
- On medium flame on griddle cook paratha.
- Apply oil to paratha.
- In same way make all paratha.
- healthy pink paratha are ready.
