In a mixture, pot add beetroot and make a puree of beetroot.

Now, in a bowl take whole wheat flour

  • Blend it and make a beetroot puree
  • In a bowl, add whole wheat flour
  • Beetroot puree.
  • Next, add green chilli and salt.
  • Now, add water and knead a soft dough.
  • Make 10 balls.
  • Roll paratha apply wheat flour if needed.
  • On medium flame on griddle cook paratha.
  • Apply oil to paratha.
  • In same way make all paratha.
  • healthy pink paratha are ready.
