However, all of my family and relatives are vegetarian members and who cannot relish the egg due to the presence of eggs. So I always think something eggless and alternative of egg for baking cakes , You heard correctly we can replace egg in cake and make it completely eggless , I always thought of whipped up an eggless recipe of Red Velvet Cake at home.
I make this cake for my anniversary and my husband and entire family really like it. It becomes really spongy and tasty.

Initially I was not confident to pull this recipe so I tried it on an usual day. The result was superb. My family loved it and within a couple of hours the cake was finished. The next time I tried this recipe on a family gathering at my home. All the relatives enjoyed it. I even got compliments from the vegetarian members of the family.

Easy Cake baking
In a mixing bowl, take some butter.
Add some sugar to the butter
Blend sugar and butter well using a electric beater.
Add all-purpose flour to the bowl.
Now add cocoa powder the mixture.
Also add a little bit of baking powder to it.
Sieve everything added
Blend the mixture well using an electric beater.
Add fresh yogurt or Curd to the mixture.
Blend everything well to form a smooth batter.
You can also add some water to get the required consistency.
Add vanilla flavor to the batter
Add red food color to get the desired red color of the cake.
Again use electric blender and mix it properly
Add baking soda to the batter.
Also add some vinegar.
Blend everything well and pour the mixture in a baking tray.
Set the temperature to 200 degree C and bake it for 30 minutes.
Insert a skewer stick to check if the cake is baked properly. If the skewer comes out clean then your cake is ready.
