Vrat Dahi Vada Special

This Vrat Special Dahi Vada Recipe is so easy that you will enjoy making it on every occasion. Dahi vada is very tasty and healthy too. It is made from bhagar and potato. Bhagar is known as sama ke chawal in Hindi.

Indian culture is full of festivals. We celebrate Diwali, Holi, Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi, Pongal, Baisakhi, and whatnot. Every festival has a special food attached to it. Say for Ganesh Chaturthi it is Modak, for Holi it is Gujiya and for Eid it is Sewai.

Just like these festivals Indian women also have Vrats ritually on many occasions like Karwa Chauth or Shivratri. Sadly there is no special recipe for Vrat that can be made super quick and is healthy also. We always resort to puri, halwa, sabudana vada, and like that. They are oily food that is not always good after long hours of fasting or vrat.

More about Vrat Dahi vada

I came up with this easy Vrat Special Dahi vada Recipe last year. You can make these dahi vadas instantly. As you will be fasting for a long time so this recipe is perfect for you. It requires less effort and is healthy too. It is made of all-natural ingredients without any added color or flavor.

Last year when I made these vadas on my vrat day, it became a super hit in my family. Relatives who visited my home during the vrat occasion also liked having these vadas. You can make it too with some simple ingredients that are already there on your kitchen shelf. So, for making these dahi vadas, not much effort is required, and not extra grocery shopping is required.
