Step by step photo guide
Wash cherry tomatoes.
In a pan add oil.
Once oil is hot add minced garlic.
Sauté garlic.
Add black pepper powder and salt to a pan.
Mix well.
Add cherry tomatoes to the pan.
Mix well. On low gas flame cook for 2 minutes, until wrinkles appear on cherry tomatoes.
Add a hand full of Basil leaves.
Cook for another one minute.
Do not overcook cherry tomatoes.
Juicy cherry tomatoes are ready.
