Instructions For Stuffing Sandwiches
1.In a heating pan – Add Cashews.
2.Now add Raisins
3.Give Flavor to Stuffing by adding Coriander Leaves.
4.For extra spiciness Add Green Chili Paste.
5.Saute a little and then , add Coriander Powder and Cumin Seeds.
6.Add a little of Salt
7.For Combining all these ingredients and giving it an extra flavor add Chili powder and Grated Paneer.
8.Mix well to expand every flavor properly.
9.Stuffing is ready to stuff Paneer.
10.Now cut Paneer into Cubes and slit them from centre.
11.Stuff Silted Paneer with stuffing.
12.Now mix water and corn-flour to make corn flour slurry.
13.Dip Stuffed Paneer into Slurry Of Corn-Flour.
14.Coat Paneer properly with Corn-Flour.
15.Heat Oil for Frying.
16.Fry Stuffed Paneer until it gets golden brown from both sides.
Instructions For Gravy
17.Heat the clarified Butter.
18.Saute Diced Onions on low flame.
19.Blend Saluted Onion to make a smooth Paste.
20.Same goes with Diced Tomato.
21.Saute Tomato in Butter.
22.Add Cashews to Saluted Tomatoes.
23.After softening of tomatoes ,Blend Tomatoes and cashews to make a smooth paste.
24.Now for preparation of gravy ,again heat clarified butter .
25.Now add handful of Ingredients (1 Black , 5 Green Cardamom ,8-10 Black Pepper, 1 Start Anise, 1 Javitri, 1 inch Cinnamon Stick).
26.Saute them for a while.
27.Add the Ginger to butter , and when it turns to light brown.
28.Now add Onion Paste , and cook it for a while.
29.After Little brown texture of Onion Pour Tomato Paste into Pan.
30.Put in Red Chili Powder.
31.For perfect color add Turmeric to pan.
32.Add Cumin and Coriander Powder.
33.Enhance its flavors with Fennel Powder.
34.Mix all the ingredients very well.
35.Pour water to gravy as much needed.
36.Put Salt into gravy.
37.For Richness and creaminess add Cream to it.
38.For aroma of Taste garnish gravy with coriander leaves.
39.Cook for a while to enhancement of flavors.
40.Put paneer pieces into gravy one by one.
41.Cook for a minute on medium flame.
42.Your extra-delicious Paneer Pasanda is ready to serve .

Slit Paneer carefully, so that While frying stuffing remains inside Paneer and don’t get separated.

- 2 tbsp Grated Paneer
- 1 tbsp Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Cashews
- 2 tbsp Raisins

- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt as per taste
- Oil For frying

- 2 Cups Tomato
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 Bay Leaf
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Cashews
- Khada Masala
- 2 tbsp Crème
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Fennel
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Black cardamom
- 5 Green Cardamom
- 10 Black Pepper
- 1 Start Anise
- 1 Javitri
- 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
