Pancakes are easy breakfast recipe .Kids loves to eat pancakes but every time making sweet pancakes are not possible. I want healthy breakfast recipe. Eating legumes are good option for breakfast as they are reach in protein, iron and vitamins ,
we eat different types of legumes. Mostly we make usal or dal from moth beans and I want to make something easy and fast recipe .So one day I make these pancakes and my family loves it .

Moth beans pancakes are easy, soft pancakes good for breakfast. They are full of protein and vitamin. These pancakes are more special as hey are full of green vegetable and no onion and garlic .
Moth are very healthy full of protein and iron . We always eat moth usal but for that we need to soak moth for overnight and then cook it I want something quick and easy so tried this. These pancakes are soft pancakes and best for kids.

Step by step photo guide how to make Moth beans pancake recipe
In a blender jar take soaked moth beans
Add spinach and coriander leaves and chilli in same jar
Add water in jar .
Blend all together and make a fine paste
Take out moth bean paste in a bowl
Add grated ginger paste in moth paste
Now , add turmeric powder and cumin powder
Now add salt as per taste
Add water and mix well
The consistency of batter is flowing batter
On medium heat hot griddle apply oil
Pour batter on griddle
Cook from both sides
Cook all pancakes in the same way

- 1 Blender
- 1 Griddle
Ingredients
- 1 cup Moth beans Soaked
- 3 tbs Spinach
- 3 tbs Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chili
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt
Instructions
- In a blender jar add soaked moth beans.
- Next, add spinach
- Add coriander leaves and green chili
- Add water
- Blend all together and make a fine paste.
- Take out moth paste in a bowl.
- Add ginger in a bowl
- Add chili powder, turmeric
- Next, add cumin powder and salt.
- Add water and mix well.
- Make a flowing batter.
- Now on medium flame make hot griddle
- Apply oil on a griddle
- Pour moth batter on the griddle.
- Cook from both sides.
- Make all pancakes in the same way.
