Vrat Dahi Vada Special
This Vrat Special Dahi Vada Recipe is so easy that you will enjoy making it on every occasion. Dahi vada is very tasty and healthy too. It is made from bhagar and potato. Bhagar is known as sama ke chawal in Hindi.
Indian culture is full of festivals. We celebrate Diwali, Holi, Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi, Pongal, Baisakhi, and whatnot. Every festival has a special food attached to it. Say for Ganesh Chaturthi it is Modak, for Holi it is Gujiya and for Eid it is Sewai.
Just like these festivals Indian women also have Vrats ritually on many occasions like Karwa Chauth or Shivratri. Sadly there is no special recipe for Vrat that can be made super quick and is healthy also. We always resort to puri, halwa, sabudana vada, and like that. They are oily food that is not always good after long hours of fasting or vrat.
