There are many versions of veg korma I am making veg korma without onion and garlic and with basic spices.
1. Use any mixed vegetables like potato, cauliflower, carrot, beans, brinjal, broccoli, or capsicum to make veg kurma recipe. 2. Instead of milk add coconut milk. 3. Instead of cashew nut add peanut paste.
