Moth beans
Soaked

Spinach

Coriander leaves

Green chili
1
tsp
Ginger
grated
1
tsp
Chili powder
Turmeric powder
a pinch

tsp
Cumin powder
Salt
Instructions
In a blender jar add soaked moth beans.
Next, add spinach
Add coriander leaves and green chili
Add water
Blend all together and make a fine paste.
Take out moth paste in a bowl.
Add ginger in a bowl
Add chili powder, turmeric
Next, add cumin powder and salt.
Add water and mix well.
Make a flowing batter.
Now on medium flame make hot griddle
Apply oil on a griddle
Pour moth batter on the griddle.
Cook from both sides.
Make all pancakes in the same way.
