Take fresh Celery and start cutting into small pieces
Chopped Celery leaves
Add Olive oil in preheated pan
take 2-4 large clove of garlics and chopped it ,keep those inside pan with olive oil
salute garlic properly
Now add chopped Onion , use roughly 1/2 cup chopped onion
As per your spicy level add green chili , more spicy then add more green chilies.
Now add chopped Celery
lets cook it still celery becomes soft.
Add salt as per your taste , you can add more salt once soup is ready if you feel less salt.
Now blend everything
Make it as Celery puree
Stain Celery Puree - This step is totally optional
Add 1/2 cup of water
Add black pepper powder
Your Healthy Celery Soup is ready , serve as hot
