Half Milk +half Water

Carrot

Plain Flour

Chilli Flakes

Instructions
Take one cup of penne pasta and add it to a pan.
Now add 2 cups of water on the pan
Also, add some oil to the pan
Put some salt as per taste.
Boil the pasta till it is cooked properly.
Strain the pasta to separate the hot water.
Now pour some cold water and rinse the pasta. Set the pasta aside till the sauce is prepared
In a separate pan add some butter.
Then dash finely minced garlic to it and stir to sauté.
Now add some chopped carrots to the pan.
Also, add some capsicum to it. Saute for a minute till the vegetable are cooked nicely.
Add some all-purpose flour to the pan. Stir it in to mix everything well.
Add some milk and keep stirring till you get a lump free thick consistency.
Your pasta sauce is ready now
Add the previously boiled and drained penne pasta to it.
Now put some chilli flakes to the pan.
Then add some roasted and ground black pepper.
Also add some oregano for added flavor.
Now finally, add some salt as per taste. Stir the whole thing for some time till everything is mixed properly.
After you get a creamy consistency add some Parmesan cheese to it. Keep stirring till the cheese melts and mixes well with the pasta.
You white sauce penne pasta is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot.

Notes
Use half water half milk instead of full milk.
Use any vegetables.
You can add more vegetables.
Replace with any cheese
