Dough Preparation
In a big bowl, take whole wheat flour. To make cookies completely healthy, we are using whole wheat flour.
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
Mix cocoa powder of 1/4 Cup.
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
Now add 3/4 cup of brown sugar.
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Add baking soda of 1 TSP, and mix well.
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Add vegan coconut oil.
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
Next, add vanilla essence.
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Mix well.
Add water and start kneading dough.
1 Cup Water
Knead soft dough.
Add chopped walnut. Mix well.
1/4 Cup Walnut
Dough is ready.
Cookies Shaping
Start shaping cooking.
In one tablespoon spoon take cookie dough and press gently.
Drop Cookie on baking tray.
Drop all cookies in baking tray.
Gently press cookies with palm fingers.
Cookies Baking
Bake cookies preheated oven.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Bake cookies until little hard.
Cool down completely.

Preheat oven for
10 minutes at 200 Degree Celcius.
Bake cookies at
180 Degree Celcius.
Store in
Airtight container.
Consume
within 15 days.
