For Manchurian sauce

Instructions
To make perfect baby corn manchurian there are two steps
Step 1 To fry baby corn .
Step 2 To prepare sauce .
Step 1 -
Cut baby corn in 2 pieces.
In a bowl take baby corn.
Add maida or plain flour .
Next , add corn flour.
Add ginger garlic paste .
Add chili powder and salt.
Now , add soy sauce .
Slowly, add water and make thick batter.
Batter is ready.
In a pan, add oil.
Once oil is hot fry baby corn in oil.
Fry baby corn on low gas flame .
FRY baby corn until crisp and golden brown in colour.
Fried baby corn are ready .
Keep them aside .
Step 2 Make a sauce
Now in a pan add sesame oil .
Once oil is hot add Ginger garlic paste .
Saute for a minute .
Add chopped onion .Saute onion .
Add carrot and capsicum .Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add tomato Ketchup, chili sauce , soy sauce and Vinegar.Mix well.
Add fried baby corn .Mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Corn manchurian is ready.
