Canned chickpea
1/4
cup
Aquafaba
2-3
tbsp
Hot water
3
tbsp
Olive oil
1
tbsp
Lemon juice
1
tbsp
Garlic minced
1
tsp
Cumin powder
1/4
tsp
Salt
Chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
In a strainer , strain canned chickpea .
Add chickpea in food processor or blender .
Add aquafaba or boiled chickpea water.
Blend for 3 minutes until chickpea are smoothly blend.
Add hot water and blend for 2 more minutes.
Add olive oil .
Add cumin powder and salt.
Blend for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice and blend together.
Lastly , add minced garlic and blend for 2 -3 minutes.
Until , nice creamy hummus is ready.
Consume within 2-3 days.
