Paneer tikka pizza is an Italian recipe made in Indian style. Pizza is hot favorite food of the young generation. With this homemade pizza you feed your child healthy and tasty meals.
For the pizza dough, take maida or all-purpose flour in a bowl.
Add yeast to the maida
Now add sugar to it.
Also add oil to the mixture.
Put some salt in it.
Now add some water to make a soft dough.
If the dough is sticky, you can apply some oil in your hands and continue kneading.
Pizza dough is ready. Cover it and let it rest for about 2 hours.
Now move on to prepare the marinated paneer tikka masala
Take some paneer cubes in a bowl.
Add chilli powder to the paneer.
Also add garam masala to it.
Then add chat masala
Don’t forget to add the ginger and garlic paste to the paneer.
Put some sugar to balance the taste.
Also add some salt.
Pour some yogurt to the paneer and mix everything nicely.
Let the marinated paneer rest for about 20 minutes
Take a pan, heat some oil and add the marinated paneer in it.
Start cooking the paneer to make paneer tikka masala for the pizza.
Now let’s make the pizza sauce.
Add oil in a pan.
After we heat the oil, add finely chopped onions.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute.
Dash some chilli sauce to the pan.
Also add some chilli sauce and mix everything well.
After the tomato and onion are tender, add some garam masala to the pan.
Then add some salt as per taste.
After everything has been mixed nicely, use a blender to break the chunks and make a smooth gravy.
Your pizza sauce is ready, now lets make paneer tikka pizza.
Now, coming to the last part of the recipe of making the Paneer Tikka Pizza
Brush some oil on a flat surface, preferably back of a tray.
Sprinkle some semolina on it.
Place the pizza dough on it and stretch it with your hands to make shape the pizza base. Leave the pizza for 10 minutes so the dough swells up to double.
Pre-heat oven into 250 degree C and bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.
Take out the pizza base and apply some oil to it. This will ensure the pizza crust soaks the sauce well.
Now start spreading the pizza sauce on the dough
Arrange the paneer tikka cubes and masala on the pizza base.
Use sliced capsicum to garnish the pizza.
Add some chopped tomatoes on it.
Finish the garnishing with chopped onions.
You can also add some olives..
Again, bake the pizza for 5 minutes.
Drizzle in some shredded pizza cheese for added flavor.
Bake again till the cheese melts.
That’s all and your yummy paneer tikka pizza is ready to serve.

Notes
While making pizza apply olive oil to hand to start, dough doesn't stick to your hand.
Take out the pizzabase and apply some oil to it. This will ensure the pizza crust soaks the sauce well.
