To Make 15 CUTLETS
1 1/2
Cooked rice
2
Boiled potato
3
tbs
Spinach
3
tbs
Carrot
3
tbs
Coriander leaves
1
tsp
Chilli powder
1/2
tsp
Turmeric
1/2
tsp
Cumin Powder
1/2
tsp
Chaat masala
3
tbs
Oil
Salt
Instructions
In a bowl add cooked rice
mashed rice nicely
Next, add potato
mix rice and potato
Add carrot
Now add spinach
add some Coriander leaves.
Mix everything properly
Add chili powder
Now add turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
add some chaat masala.
Lastly, add salt as per taste
Mix well make a dough
Apply oil on hand
Take lemon size ball make and press it on hand to make a cutlet.
Apply oil on a griddle.
Shallow fry cutlet griddle.
Cook from both sides.
Enjoy cutlet with sauce.

1. Use any rice fresh or

2.Instead of potato use paneer or oats.
