Instructions
In a bowl, take one cup besan and one-fourth cup of urad dal flour
To it, add hot oil, salt, and hot water. Then knead it to make a dough.
After a stick tight dough is made, add baking soda to it and knead again.
Drizzle some oil while kneading to soften the dough. Then divide it into equal portions.
Apply some oil on a surface and place the dough. Now use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to make a thin chapatti.
Don’t forget to flip the chapatti to avoid sticking to the surface as you flatten it.
After a thin chapatti is made, use a knife to cut it into ribbon-like strips. Preferably 2 to 3 inches long strips.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the strips in medium flame.
When the strips swell and become crisp, strain them out in a paper towel.
To season the chorafali, prepare the masala by mixing red chili powder, black salt, and amchur powder together.
Mix the masala evenly with the fried chorafali and enjoy it.
