Salt as per taste
Instructions
Mudda bhaji
Take a tur dal 1/2 cup and wash dal 2 times with normal water
After washing add 1 cup of water
Add a pinch of turmeric
Now put tur dal into the pressure cooker and cook dal
Our dal proper cooked dal is ready
make dal soft with a hand blender
Take oil 2 tbs in pan
Add spinach 2 cup
Now add Methi 1/2 cup
Mix everything well
Now add Cooked dal
Add Turmeric water
Salt as per taste
Mix well everything
Finally, add 1/2 cup water
Cook until spinach is very soft
Tadka
Add oil 1/4 cup for tadka
Add 1 Tbs mustard seeds
Add Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Now add Chopped garlic 3-4 tbs
To enhance the taste of bhaji you can add more garlic
Add 1/4 cup Peanuts
Mix well
Saute until garlic becomes red
Finally, add chili powder
To make bhaji spicier add more chili powder
Now Pour tadka on the bhaji
