Pumpkin grated
1/2
cup
Khoya
1/4
cup
sugar

tbsp
Dryfruit powder
1
tbsp
Ghee
Cardamom powder
pinch of
Instructions
In a pan on medium heat add ghee.
Once ghee is melted add grated pumpkin
Cook pumpkin for two to three minutes
Next, add khoya
Again cook for two to three minutes.
Next, add sugar and mix well.
Add dry fruit powder and cardamom powder.
Cook this mixture until khoya and pumpkin becomes totally dry.
It takes almost 10-15 minutes.
Once done take out in plate and let it cool down completely.
Now, take a lemon size ball and shape modak
With the help of matchbox sticks make lines on modak.
Modak are ready to served.

Notes
If
modak
are holding shape cook for more five minutes or add 1 tbs of dry fruit powder.
Pumpkin modak
are very soft modak.
Instead of khoya add Suji or semolina in the same amount.
