Jalapeno pickle is the best tangy and spicy pickle recipe. Pickling fresh jalapeno rings is a quick and an easy recipe we just need vinegar as a preserving agent.
Once the Jalapeno is washed and patted dry, it is time to prepare it for cooking.
1 Cup Jalapeno Slices
Depending on the recipe, you may need to remove the stem and seeds. To do this, cut the top off the pepper, then slice it in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scrape out the seeds and discard them. If you are looking for a spicier flavor, you can leave some of the seeds in. Once the pepper is prepped, it can be sliced, diced, or left whole for your recipe.
To prepare, pour some white vinegar into a pan.
1 Cup White Vinegar
Start by adding the sugar and salt, followed by the garlic clove that has been finely chopped. Finally, add the oregano and stir everything together until it is well combined. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
1 Tbsp Castor sugar, 2 Number Galic Clove, 1/4 Tsp Oregano, 1 Tsp Salt
Please allow the mixture to come to a boil and continue boiling for a duration of 1 to 2 minutes.
In a glass jar, keep sliced jalapeno.
Pour vinegar mixture.
Please make sure to securely fasten the lid of the jar before placing it in the refrigerator.
