Mango pulp
Blend 1/2 mango to make pulp.
1/2
Cup
Condensed milk
3/4
Cup
Milk powder
Use full fat milk Powder
1/4
Tsp
Cardamom powder

Tsp
Ghee
Apply on hands

In a microwave safe bowl take mango pulp.
Next, add condensed milk in bowl.
Now, add full fat milk powder.
Add cardamom powder.
Mix well.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high. Mix and check if mixture is thick or nit.
Peda mixture is thick.Now, refrigerate until peda mixture is cool down completely.
Once peda mixture is completely cool down, then start shaping peda.
Shape like gooseberry size balls or coin shape peda.

Notes
For less calories use
low fat
condensed milk and milk powder.
While shaping peda if peda mixture is still soft
microwave for 1 to 2 minutes
cool down and shape peda.
Store in
airtight box
at cool place.
No need to refrigerate.
Consume peda with in
4-5 days.
