Dry fruits
Instructions
In a pan heat some ghee and add khoya
Then add sugar and mix everything well. You will notice the mixture is liquefied.
Now add cardamom powder to the mixture.
Also, add dry fruits and stir rapidly to mix everything. There should be no lumps.
After Barfi batter starts leaving the side of the pan, you can switch off the flame and take the batter in a tin.
Spread the batter gently and evenly on the tin. If the batter is too thick add some milk or if it is too runny add some khoya to it.
Leave t for a coup of hours to cool down and settle.
After it is set, take the chunk out and cut into small pieces like Barfi. You can give any shape you like. Your Khoya Barfi is ready to serve.
