Ingredients

Spinach

Whole wheat flour

tbs
Besan or chickpea flour
3
tbs
Oil

tbs
Sesame seed
1
tsp
Chilli powder
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
as per taste
Instructions
Chop spinach finely.
In a bowl take whole wheat flour.
Add spinach
Next, add besan in that.
Now pour hot oil.
Mix well.
Now add chili powder.
Add turmeric powder.
Now add salt.
Mix well
Lastly, add hot water.
Knead a soft dough.
Make 2 equal parts of palak dough.
Now shape cylindrical palak roll.
Now in a pan add water and keep bamboo steamer.
Keep butter paper in the steamer .
Keep spinach roll.
Let spinach roll steam for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take out spinach roll
Let it cool down.
Now cut spinach roll into a small disc.
Now in a pan add oil.
Once the oil is hot keep spinach roll in oil.
Let it shallow fry for 2-3 minutes.
The flipside of vadi.
And cook from another side.
Palak vadi is ready.
